FAQ
Questions we get every week
The questions every store owner asks us — answered the way we'd answer them across a table, not the way agencies answer them in fine print.
Working with us
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. We build everything, we run everything, and we train you on the one part you need day to day: fulfilling orders. If you can text, you can run the store side of this.
How fast until my store is live?
A full build typically goes live in weeks, not months. The Launch compresses it further: strategy is done before the launch week starts, and everything ships before we leave. Your audit comes with a specific timeline for your situation.
Do you work with my kind of store?
Our deepest experience is clothing/streetwear and beauty supply — but the machine (store, tracking, email/SMS, channels, content) is the same for most retail. If we don't think we're the right fit, the audit will say so plainly.
What happens in week one?
Tracking setup and strategy: tracking installed, accounts connected, your plan drafted. Your first weekly report lands the following Monday, and every week after follows the same rhythm — report, moves, results.
How does reporting work?
One weekly report in plain English: what happened, what worked, what didn't, and what changes next week. Five minutes to read. No 40-slide decks.
Money
What does it cost?
It depends on your store, so we quote it rather than print it. A build cost once, then a monthly to run it — both itemised, both in writing, within 48 hours of you asking. What moves the number is real: how many products we're loading, how many channels you want run, and how much of it already works. The Blueprint is the one flat price at $250, and if you build with us within twelve months it comes off your setup. What never changes after you agree to it is the number itself — we don't bill hourly and we don't revise a quote mid-build. Travel for the on-site week is billed at cost, and ad spend is separate and paid by you to the platforms. The free audit tells you what we'd recommend before you commit to anything.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month — we keep clients with results, not paperwork. Launch packages are a one-time scope agreed in writing before we start.
Who owns the store and the accounts?
You do. The store, the domain, the email list, the ad accounts, the social accounts — every asset is created under your ownership from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep everything. Plenty of agencies can't say that; ask them.
The Launch
How does the travel part work?
For the on-site Launch, you cover our hotel and transportation for the launch week — that's the only cost on top of the package. Dates and numbers are agreed in writing before anything is booked.
Can you do The Launch without flying in?
Yes — The Remote Launch is the same complete buildout delivered from our HQ, with your team trained over live video sessions instead of in person. No travel involved.
The tech
Why does it matter that you're engineers?
Because the hard parts of taking retail online are engineering problems: syncing a full store catalog, merging wig variants, wiring tracking correctly, building drop mechanics. Marketers rent tools for this; we build the systems — which is faster, cheaper at scale, and doesn't break when a template updates.
What's actually in the free audit?
A recorded teardown of your store, socials, and search presence, plus a written action plan — what's costing you sales and what we'd fix first, in order. It's yours to keep whether or not you hire us. Want a preview? The 60-second robot scan is even faster.
